Count of Penela ((ポルトガル語:Conde de Penela)) was a Portuguese title of nobility. It was created on October 10, 1471, by King Afonso V of Portugal and granted to his 4th cousin, ''Dom'' Afonso de Vasconcelos e Menezes, 1st Count of Penela.
